Sun Microsystems Move to Millennium City Center

Sun Microsystems will relocate their offices from Buda Business Center to Millennium Tower II during summer 2009.

The international company will introduce a new office fit-out standard at this location and the new office building had to fulfill the company’s special requirements.
The new fit-out is favorable for the employees as well; in addition to the restrooms, a larger kitchen and lounge, the partitioning of the offices will be built by using as much natural light as possible. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation team was assigned by Sun Microsystems to negotiate their lease agreement.
Jones Lang LaSalle started the project in Q3 2008 and Millennium Tower II proved to be ideal for Sun Microsystems at the very beginning of the office search. The dynamic and modern building can easily adapt to the flexibility, efficiency and environmental requirements of Sun Microsystems.
